Breakfast To Go
Easy, healthy and delicious breakfast to prepare in the evening and grab for breakfast on the go the next morning.

Ingredients

buckwheat

chia seeds

shredded coconut

oat milk

ml
water
hot
2
tea bags
chai tea
freshly ground vanilla
2
tbs
sweetener of your choice e.g maple syrup
fresh fruits and frozen berries
Instructions
Bring the water to a boil and pour over the tea bags. Let them infuse the water for about 10 minutes - the longer the better.
In a bowl mix oat, buckwheat, chia seeds, shredded coconut and vanilla with a spoon.
Now add chai tea and oat milk, give it a good stir and add sweetener to taste.
Put the bowl in the fridge and let the whole thing soak overnight.
In the morning layer in jars with fresh fruit (bananas and grapes are perfect) and frozen berries.
Don't forget the spoon and you're ready to go!
