Everyone loves burgers right? These patties are an ideal change to the usual veggie patties.

Ingredients
250gsweet potato
125gchickpeascooked
2tbslemon juice
1/2tsp cumin
1/2tsp garlic powder
1tspgaram masala
salt&pepper to taste
Instructions
Peel the sweet potato, cut it into chunks and put it in a pot. Fill up with water and bring it to a boil. Cook for about 10 minutes. Now rinse off the water and fill cooked sweet potato in a bowl.
Preheat the oven to 160°C (hot air).
Puree or blend sweet potato with cooked chickpeas, cumin, garlic, garam masala, lemon juice and salt.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Now form patties with your Hands and place them on the baking tray.
Put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Make sure to flip over the patties in 10 minute intervalls.
Take out of the oven and use the patties to make some devine burgers!
