Basic Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients

ground oats*
40
g
wholegrain spelt flour
1
tsp
baking powder
1/2 - 1
tbs
maple or date syrup/ coconut palm sugar
or any sweetener of your choice

tsp
chia seeds
optional

water
Instructions
In a bowl combine all dry ingredients and give them a stir.
Now add the wet ingredients and mix until combined. If the dough is to thick add a little more water.
Now heat a pan on the stove. Once the pan is hot you can bake the pancakes (you might need to use a little coconut oil) until golden.
Notes
*I always ground my oats with a high-speed blender. If you don't have one you can substitute with white spelt flour.
