In your blender combine all the ingredients listed above except the chocolate chips. Blend well until no chunks are left.
Line a brownie tray with parchment paper and spread the batter evenly. Put the chocolate chunks on top.
Bake the blondies for about 25-30 minutes and let them cool down afterwards. Store them in the fridge to keep them nice and fresh.
Notes
*Of course this protein powder could be substituted with any other vegan protein powder. If you don't want to use protein powder at all make sure to add another sweetener to compensate the chickpeas.
