Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Add the banana mash into your bowl as well as your oat milk.
Knead the dough with your hands until well combined. Form cookies and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden, let them cool down and enjoy.

* if you don't like raisins or want to change things up use dates, dried apricots, dried figs, dried plums, etc instead** instead of walnuts you can also use hazelnuts, peanuts or pecan nuts
